Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
1. You received a defective item
If the product has a manufacturing defect, faulty stitching, damaged leather, or any quality issue.
2. You received a damaged item
If the product is damaged during delivery or arrives in poor condition.
3. You received the wrong item
If the size, design, color, or product delivered does not match your order.
Conditions for Return & Replacement
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact
- A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
